As a child, I was obsessed with cutting my dolls hair. Every Dolly in our house was stripped naked, washed in the bathroom sink and the hair brushed within an inch of its life. So I’ve survived my first day on unislim. It went absolutely fine.

I was prepared and that always helps.

All lean meats and poultry are free on US once the fat is trimmed off.

All veg is free, most fruits are free except the high sugar ones.

We attended my cousins wedding at the beautiful Mount Falcon estate in Ballina.
It was our first wedding since our own so We could really kick back and enjoy ourselves.
I had to go into work for an hour or two in the morning.
It was great though as Sarah was there to do my hair & lashes for me.

People always ask me how I stay motivated??

I find forward planning is a great tool.
If I plan my week and write it down, I will stick to my schedule.
Meal planning is the easiest way to stay on track.
Routine is everything.
Leaving things to chance, only ends in disaster for me anyway.
As I will get distracted and just give in.

Our night in Flannerys bistro Ballinrobe.

So myself and Mr Dillon, went out for dinner on Saturday night.
We had heard great things about Flannerys bistro and so we thought we would give it a try.
Our reservation was for 8.30, We arrived at approximately 8.20 and We took a seat in the bar and ordered some drinks.
While we were relaxing having our drinks, we were given menus to have a read.
This was a great idea, as our table wasn’t ready yet so we could make our decisions while we waited.
There was loads to chose from. Neither of us eat fish but there was a great selection of seafood on the menu. Continue reading

Those of you who have been following me on Facebook or Instagram will know that I suffer with my skin.
I have horrible breakouts around my chin area and suffer with dehydrated dry skin on my nose and forehead.
This was the bane of my life and it didn’t matter how good I am with skincare until recently that is.
