Thank you for sharing that Maria. I imagine it must have been really difficult to put into words and I hope that you can help others going through the same process. You are so right when you say that you have to just roll with whatever is happening – there is no text book for grief, everyone experiences it differently. I wish I’d had that a few weeks ago when I was writing an assignment on grief and loss for my counselling course! Never mind. I’m glad to see you’re getting well again emotionally and thrilled that the counselling helped. It gives me hope for the work I’m doing. Much love to you xxx
