I’m back today with a little recipe this is a Fakeaway Favorite Who doesn’t love a good Garlic cheese Chips?? This version will save You a good few calories. It’s a high protein Veggie recipe. It’s quick and tasty so enjoy it and let Me know if You make it.
1 large potato chipped.
50g eatlean cheese (Dunne’s stores)
Basil, garlic, oregano diced onion , black pepper , Seasalt & parsley.
Parboil the chips and dry them with a clean tea-towel. Line a baking tray and spray with frylight. Add the chips and spray again with a good sprinkle of seasalt. Bake for 15 mins or until golden.
To make the garlic sauce
Fry off the onion and garlic in frylight first. Add oregano pepper basil and parsley. Remove from heat and stir in the quark.
Once the chips are cooked top with the garlic sauce and cheese and return to the oven for a few minutes. Just to melt the cheese.
Serve with a salad.
